Terms and Conditions for Free Entry Prize Competition

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Run for the Planet P/L trading as 4planet located at 4/51 Macrossan Street, Port Douglas in Queensland.

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over. Employees of 4planet and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize
The prize is value at $5,500 and includes:
2 x return flights from anywhere in Australia to Cairns, Queensland.
3 x nights accommodation at the Sheraton Grand Mirage in Port Douglas.
2 x two full day reef passes on the Great Barrier Reef with Quicksilver Cruises.
2 x return airport transfers to and from Cairns Airport.

4. Competition Period
The competition opened on March 1 and closes at 5:00pm on 31 October 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must register with any of the 4things 4planet via the 4planet website, social media or directly with any of the 4planet community ambassadors. 

6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place on Tuesday 5th November 2024

7. Announcement of Winners
The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw closing on 5th November. The names of the winners will also be announced on our social media channels.

8. Prize Distribution
Prizes will be arranged and distributed within 2 weeks of the winners being notified. All travel and accommodation bookings will be coordinated directly with the winners.

9. Conditions of the Prize
The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item. Winners must be available to travel between 1 January and 31 December 2025. If a winner is unable to use the prize on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited. Return flights are economy without any additional extras

10. Privacy
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to their personal information being used for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with 4planet trading as Run for the Planet P/L’s privacy policy.

11. General
4planet reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of 4planet trading as Run for the Planet P/L’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by 4planet. 4planet is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

12. Governing Law
This giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
